Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Chase 21, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

To use Chase 21, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (users under 18 require parental consent)
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law
• Not be barred from using the Platform under any applicable law
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information

For payment features and booking paid sessions, you must be at least 18 years old or have explicit parental/guardian authorization.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access at support@chase21.app
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date

You may not create multiple accounts, transfer your account to another person, or use another person's account without authorization.

Chase 21 provides a marketplace platform that connects users with:

• Personal Coaches — for online one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and in-person training
• Nutritionists & Dietitians — for dietary consultations, meal planning, and ongoing nutrition support
• Fitness Challenges — community challenges with leaderboards and rewards
• Workout & Nutrition Plans — assigned by your coach or nutritionist

Chase 21 is a technology platform. We do not directly provide medical, nutritional, or fitness services. All services are delivered by independent coaches and nutritionists listed on our platform.

All coaches and nutritionists on Chase 21 are independently verified. We require:

• Valid government-issued ID verification
• Relevant certifications (NSCA, ACE, RYT, STOTT, RD, etc.)
• Completion of a background screening process
• Agreement to our Coach & Nutritionist Code of Conduct

However, Chase 21 does not warrant or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any coach's or nutritionist's services. Users are encouraged to review profiles, ratings, and reviews before booking.

Coaches and nutritionists are independent contractors, not employees of Chase 21.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's Terms of Service.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes
• Payment is required at the time of booking confirmation
• Accepted methods: UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets
• Session packages are valid for the duration specified at purchase
• Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

When using Chase 21, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content or reviews
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or intimidate other users, coaches, or staff
• Share or distribute any content that is illegal, obscene, or harmful
• Attempt to contact coaches or nutritionists outside the platform to bypass fees
• Record video sessions without explicit consent from all participants
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
• Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Create fake profiles or impersonate other individuals

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

All content on the Chase 21 platform — including but not limited to the app design, logos, workout plans, nutrition templates, challenge content, and software — is owned by or licensed to Chase 21 Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent
• User-generated content (photos, reviews, messages) remains your property, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform
• Coach-provided workout and nutrition plans are for your personal use only

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Chase 21 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free
• Results from using the service (fitness goals, weight loss, etc.) are guaranteed
• Any coach or nutritionist's advice is medically appropriate for your specific condition

Fitness training and nutrition changes involve inherent risks. You assume full responsibility for your use of the Platform and any health or fitness activities undertaken.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Chase 21's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Chase 21 in the 3 months prior to the claim.

Chase 21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or bodily injury arising from your use of the Platform or services provided by coaches or nutritionists.

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app.

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines
• Engage in fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Pose a risk of harm to other users, coaches, or the Platform

Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately. Any unused session credits or subscription time will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and applicable rules thereunder.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
